Key Duties

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
• Follow guidance from management and help ensure a steady availability of clean crockery, cookware, and kitchen tools.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Work with the culinary team to uphold HACCP food safety standards.

Candidate Profile

• Some prior experience in a kitchen environment is required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is important.
• You should be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently when needed.
