Role overview

As a Kitchen Assistant at the Castle, you’ll play an important part in keeping the kitchen running efficiently. Your support will help ensure the space is fully stocked, clean, organised and prepared for the upcoming shift, while assisting the chefs in delivering food the team can be proud of.

What you'll do

• Prepare the kitchen at the start of the day so it is ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout a busy shift.
• Work closely with chefs and the wider team to help deliver high-quality food.
