Role overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst who can help with collecting, organizing, checking, and interpreting data to generate useful business insights. This role involves working with multiple teams to turn raw information into clear, reliable reporting that supports better decisions.
What you will do
You will contribute to routine data operations, including preparing datasets, spotting trends, building reports and dashboards, and carrying out basic analysis. You will also support senior analysts and business teams by providing dependable insights and keeping analytical documentation accurate and up to date.
In addition, the role includes data validation, quality monitoring, report automation support, performance tracking, and helping improve internal data processes.
What we are looking for
This position suits someone who thinks analytically, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working with large volumes of information in a structured way.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis, reporting approaches, and visualization methods.
- Hands-on familiarity with Excel, spreadsheets, databases, or related data analysis tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL, querying, and data management is preferred.
- Exposure to visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software is considered an advantage.
- Strong accuracy, with the ability to detect inconsistencies and errors in data.
- Solid logical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
- Good at organizing work, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working with teammates across different departments.
- Open to learning new tools, technologies, and analytical methods.
