What you will do

Candidate profile

Applicants may be graduates or undergraduates from any discipline. Freshers are welcome, and candidates with at least 1 year of experience in international voice and/or email support will be considered more favourably. Prior exposure to international BPO or customer support work is preferred.

Skills and capabilities

The role requires excellent spoken and written English, strong email drafting ability, good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and comfort using MS Office. It also calls for analytical thinking, documentation skills, multitasking ability, and the confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work schedule

You should be willing to work rotational shifts, including UK, Australia, and US timings, depending on business needs.
