Role Overview
This position is for an Installation Technical & Administrative Coordinator focused on start-up operations and based at the client’s site in Leixlip. The role centres on coordinating both technical and administrative support for fab installation work within the assigned business unit.
A key part of the job is keeping health and safety front and centre while making sure customer and internal delivery timelines are met to a high standard. The role also involves regular interaction with customer start-up leadership, as well as internal ESO, BU and administration teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a customer-facing point of contact and build strong working relationships with key system start-up stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and systems, organise start-up personnel schedules, and respond promptly when urgent issues arise.
- Prepare and share progress reports for management.
- Work with the IQ Manager, TEE management and customers to define project needs, milestones and delivery dates.
- Create detailed project plans and trackers to keep customer, internal management and IQ teams aligned, updating them as schedules change.
- Allocate tasks according to team members’ skills, experience and strengths.
- Track project performance to help ensure on-time delivery and communicate updates clearly and quickly.
- Compile and submit project status updates to customers, TEE management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with all involved parties to support smooth and efficient project execution.
- Strengthen leadership, customer engagement and communication capabilities to work effectively across the project team.
Requirements
- Strong ability to manage customer relationships.
- Excellent coordination and project planning skills.
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders, including customers, managers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, particularly when handling urgent or critical situations.
- Well-developed organisational skills and attention to record keeping.
- Self-driven, proactive and focused on finding solutions.
- Capable of guiding coordination work without having direct line authority.
