Role Overview

A large automotive business is hiring an experienced HR Operations Manager to own and improve the full spectrum of HR services and compliance across dealership locations and central teams. The position plays a central role in people operations, making sure employees and leaders receive HR support that is accurate, prompt, and aligned with Saudi requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Take charge of the complete HR operations cycle, covering employee files, employment contracts, payroll, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Monitor adherence to Saudi Labor Law and handle key government platforms, including GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad, along with visa processing and Saudization compliance.
  • Make sure payroll is processed correctly and on time, including reconciliations and related reporting.
  • Drive the rollout, enhancement, and effective use of HRMS tools, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong HR data controls, reporting standards, and audit readiness to protect accuracy and data integrity.
  • Create, revise, and apply HR policies and procedures to match legal requirements and business needs.
  • Act as the main HR operations contact for managers and employees across the organization.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • 8 to 10 years of HR operations experience in Saudi Arabia, with preference for automotive, service, or retail environments.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi employment regulations and related government portals.
  • Strong experience in payroll administration, compliance management, and HRMS platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, a structured problem-solving approach, and a process-driven mindset.
