About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources and administrative functions within a startup pioneering assistive robotics. The selected intern will contribute to various operational and HR processes, ensuring efficient management of records and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update company databases and documentation with precision and proper filing.
- Manage all inbound and outbound communications, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Organize and safeguard employee files, HR documentation, and other administrative records according to company policies.
- Facilitate coordination between different departments to promote seamless workflow and operational effectiveness.
- Support recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and managing related documentation.
- Address basic employee inquiries and assist in maintaining employee relations and associated paperwork.
- Provide assistance in everyday administrative tasks to ensure smooth workplace operations.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Should be able to commence between August 3, 2026, and September 7, 2026.
- Available for the full duration of the 2-month internship.
- Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with HR and administrative roles.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging between 10,000 to 15,000 INR.
