About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and guest-oriented Housekeeping professionals who excel at delivering exceptional customer service and finding innovative solutions for our guests. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for completing assigned daily tasks as directed by supervisors, strictly adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor, ensuring accurate logging of keys.
  • Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms and bathrooms, including vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and emptying wastebaskets.
  • Maintain cleanliness of corridors, pathways, and service areas, ensuring fire exits and stairways are free of obstructions.
  • Make beds, clean and sanitize sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors.
  • Replenish bathroom and in-room supplies, and tidy guest amenities.
  • Promptly report any required maintenance work to the supervisor.
