Key duties

  • Clean shared spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and stairways
  • Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing of kitchens and bathrooms
  • Carry out housekeeping tasks assigned for common areas
  • Collect resident waste and dispose of it according to procedure
  • Record completed routine tasks and work documentation
  • Complete audits and inspections when needed
  • Provide resident personal laundry services as requested
  • Share supply requirements with the People Leader promptly
  • Use cleaning materials and equipment efficiently while maintaining service standards
  • Restock and clean the housekeeping cart and inform the Supervisor when inventory is low
  • Support a strong safety culture by working safely, identifying and reporting hazards, using PPE, following procedures, helping others work safely, and completing safety training
  • Handle other related duties as assigned
