About the Role
Mandarin Oriental, Doha is hiring a Guest Services Agent to join its Front Office team. This role sits within an award-winning luxury hospitality group known for delivering refined service, blending Asian-inspired hospitality with modern luxury across prime destinations worldwide.
The Doha property is presented as an intimate urban retreat in Msheireb Downtown Doha, combining Qatari heritage with contemporary design and offering easy access to Souq Waqif, the Museum of Islamic Art, and the West Bay business district.
Key Duties
- Welcome guests, complete check-in procedures, and escort them to their rooms in a timely manner.
- Review guest profile notes and ensure recorded preferences are handled appropriately.
- Manage the cash drawer in line with the hotel’s controller policy.
- Verify cash float at both the start and end of each shift to confirm balances are accurate.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient support to guests throughout arrival, stay, and departure.
- Coordinate guest requests with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations, and Room Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and submit cash-out reports, adjustment slips, paid-out vouchers, and bank count reports.
- Maintain clear communication with the Night Duty Manager and the Accounting team.
- Build a solid understanding of the hotel’s outlets, products, and services.
