Frontend QA Engineer - AI Trainer

Overview

This role is for a Frontend QA Engineer who will contribute to training and improving AI systems. You will join a large network of technical professionals working on real-world AI problems and helping shape how intelligent tools learn and respond.

The work combines flexibility with technical depth. Projects may involve solving programming challenges, creating code solutions, building polished applications with useful functionality, and turning data into clear insights through analysis and visualization. Some contributors use this as a side engagement alongside a full-time job, while others make it their main focus and pick tasks around their own availability.

How the process works

After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If you pass, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will then become available through the platform.

Responsibilities

The role centers on creating training data for AI systems, with a strong focus on Android-related development work.

• Develop and solve varied coding challenges that are used to train AI models, especially for Android use cases.
• Produce clean code examples along with well-explained reasoning.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Share feedback that helps improve future model performance.

Qualifications

Applicants should have strong English skills, solid writing ability, and a relevant programming background. A bachelor’s degree is expected to be completed or currently in progress. Prior experience in software development is beneficial.

• English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
• Preferred background in Kotlin.
• Working knowledge of at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Strong grammar and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently underway.
• Previous work as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is an advantage.

This is an independent contractor engagement. Payment is processed through PayPal, and currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal where applicable. No money will ever be requested from applicants.
