Role Overview

This remote Fraud Specialist position focuses on safeguarding cardholder accounts and limiting financial losses by spotting and addressing suspicious activity. The role supports fraud prevention efforts through call-center work and plays an important part in preserving trust for the organization’s clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to confirm questionable debit card transactions.
• Build working knowledge of fraud case management platforms and related workflows.
• Identify new fraud patterns and help reduce exposure to fraudulent activity.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Background in banking, financial services, or fraud detection is helpful, though not required.
• Dependable performance in a target-driven environment.
• Comfort working in a busy call-center setting with a positive, adaptable approach.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, including several computer screens and concurrent speaking and typing.

Compensation

Pay starts at $20.00 per hour, plus shift differential.
