About Sanbav Technologies
Sanbav Technologies develops AI-driven healthcare software for hospitals in Europe, the US, and India. Its products are centered on digital health, clinical operations, healthcare data exchange using HL7/FHIR, and medical imaging.
Role Overview
The company is hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to help shape and grow the CareAmy platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who can contribute across the stack and operate effectively in an early-stage startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain scalable applications across both backend and frontend layers.
- Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems.
- Connect the platform with hospital information systems and EHR solutions.
- Support architecture decisions, DevOps practices, security, and strong engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product, clinical, and leadership stakeholders in a fast-paced startup setting.
Required Qualifications
- Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Hands-on development experience with TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Proven ability to design scalable distributed systems and cloud applications.
- Good working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent level of practical experience.
Preferred Experience
- Background in Healthcare IT, Digital Health, or Medical Imaging.
- Exposure to HL7, FHIR, DICOM, or other healthcare system integrations.
- Understanding of GDPR and/or HIPAA compliance requirements.
Employment Details
This is a full-time role and may also be considered for part-time engagement. The position is remote.
Compensation
Compensation includes a salary component of up to €25,000 per month along with equity/VSOP, bringing the combined value to as much as €75,000 per month.
Experience
The expected professional experience level is 5 to 10 years.
