Role overview

We are hiring a seasoned Forensic Scheduler to support a fast-growing construction advisory and dispute resolution practice. What you will do

  • Carry out forensic schedule reviews using accepted industry methods.
  • Examine project timelines, critical path effects, delays, disruptions, and productivity concerns.
  • Build and evaluate Time Impact Analyses (TIA), Window Analyses, and As-Planned vs. As-Built comparisons.
  • Draft well-structured, supportable reports for claims, disputes, mediations, arbitrations, and court-related matters.
  • Work closely with project teams, lawyers, subject matter experts, and clients on complex construction dispute matters.
  • Assess project records such as schedules, daily logs, correspondence, change orders, and contract paperwork.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of scheduling experience on major construction projects.
  • Hands-on background in forensic delay analysis and construction claims support.
  • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6; Microsoft Project familiarity is an added advantage.
  • Solid understanding of CPM scheduling and construction project controls.
  • Excellent analytical ability, report drafting skills, and verbal communication.
  • Prior expert witness support experience is a bonus, though not mandatory.

Additional information

This position is fully remote and is intended for candidates with experience supporting construction disputes and advisory work. The role involves exposure to assignments spanning multiple sectors and requires the ability to produce clear, defensible analysis for formal dispute settings.
