Role Overview

This walk-in hiring drive is for finance and accounting positions in Jaipur, with onsite work and 24x7 shift coverage. The opportunity covers multiple finance process areas, including accounts payable, record to report, and order to cash.

Eligibility

Applicants should be graduates in B.Com, BBA, MBA, or qualified Chartered Accountants. LLB and diploma holders are not eligible. Qualified CAs with 0 to 3 years of accounting experience can apply. The role is open to candidates who can attend the walk-in at Jaipur.

Experience Bands

The hiring drive considers candidates for different finance process areas with the following experience ranges: Accounts Payable: 2 to 10 years; Record to Report: 2 to 10 years; Order to Cash: 2 to 10 years.

Responsibilities

Selected candidates may work in one of the following process areas:

• Accounts Payable: Examine invoices, resolve exceptions, and release approved invoices for payment. Handle invoice validation concepts such as 3-way matching, non-PO processing, and GRN-related checks. Manage non-PO and utilities invoice processing, invoice audits, payment handling, and ERP-based processing in tools such as SAP, Navision, or similar systems.
• Record to Report: Support reporting and consolidation activities, prepare quarterly and annual statutory financial statements, post month-end journal entries, perform month-end close tasks, reconcile balance sheet accounts, manage intercompany processes, resolve balancing differences, and coordinate smoothly with multiple stakeholders to close and report each month.
• Order to Cash: Work on accounts receivable operations by posting daily receipts such as wires, ACH, and checks, recording credit and debit memos, obtaining remittance information from collections teams and business partners, identifying short payments and remit discrepancies, using shared inboxes and customer portals to collect and organize remittance details, and contributing to process improvements.

The role is based in Jaipur as a work-from-office position and follows a 24x7 shift schedule.
