Role overview
This position focuses on building and maintaining high-quality training for Singapore Airlines cabin crew. The selected candidate will help ensure learning programmes are comprehensive, standards remain strong, and crew members are developed to reflect the airline’s mission, corporate goals, and values while delivering excellent customer service throughout their careers.
What you will do
- Oversee training grants, audit-related requirements, and risk assessment work in line with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain and enhance digital platforms and systems so they stay efficient, intuitive, and suitable for operational use.
- Create engaging e-learning, micro-learning, and multimedia materials that strengthen learning outcomes and support employee development.
- Carry out interviews, assessments, and data reviews to measure programme impact, spot patterns, and guide decisions.
- Assist with departmental operations and planning by handling administrative work, coordinating activities, and managing several priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners through committees and taskforces to support business initiatives and organisational objectives.
- Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation by introducing automation, simplifying workflows, and improving the day-to-day use of technology.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in any field.
- Background in project management, including project planning and use of tools such as JIRA.
- Experience in product management, including gathering requirements, understanding user needs, and carrying out QA testing.
- Experience developing e-learning content with Articulate 360; exposure to AI tools will be considered an advantage.
- Strong ability to analyse data, with familiarity in data visualisation tools and methods.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
- Training and adult-learning qualifications such as ACTA, ACLP, or DACE will be advantageous.
- Previous exposure to administrative work, training coordination, or operations support.
- Ability to handle enrolment processes, scheduling, and training logistics is preferred.
- Experience using multiple systems while maintaining accurate and consistent data across platforms.
- Exposure to e-learning platforms and digital tools, including system testing and content development, is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-moving, operations-driven environment and in working with varied stakeholders is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Highly detail-focused, analytical, and comfortable working with numbers.
- Capable of managing projects independently.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work well as part of a team.
