Role overview
This opportunity is for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a demanding corporate setting. The position is central to keeping the office organized, communications streamlined, and executive priorities moving efficiently.
The role requires professional-level Arabic and English communication, both written and spoken, to handle daily coordination and high-level interactions effectively.
What the role involves
- Keeping the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and priority list under control
- Acting as the main contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Drafting letters, reports, board documents, and presentation decks
- Setting up leadership and board meetings, including agendas and meeting notes
- Arranging international trips and executive travel schedules
- Working closely with Legal, HR, Finance, and outside partners
- Managing sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Preparing briefing notes, research documents, and executive summaries
- Helping with strategic projects and cross-department initiatives
- Assisting during urgent situations and supporting executive communications
- Maintaining records, documentation control, and smooth office processes
Mandatory qualifications
- Strong command of both Arabic and English, in speaking and writing
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline
- 4 to 6 years of experience assisting C-level or Director-level leaders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for board-level and executive presentations
- Excellent planning ability and a polished executive manner
- Willingness to work beyond normal office timings when business needs require it
- A high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability under pressure
Preferred background
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders in structured corporate organizations
- Exposure to board processes and governance practices
Work location
This is a full-time onsite position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
