Delivery Manager

Role overview

Xiaomi Technology is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead the country delivery function in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia. The role focuses on ensuring end-to-end delivery execution runs smoothly, meeting targets and keeping all stakeholders aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the country delivery team and drive achievement of delivery targets.
• Oversee the complete delivery flow from start to finish, ensuring goods are fulfilled and delivered on time.
• Coordinate all internal and external parties involved in the delivery process.
• Implement delivery programs at the country level and ensure they are executed effectively.
• Track delivery KPIs on a regular basis and use performance insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Where applicable, conduct CPFR calls and share the weekly delivery plan with customers.
• Maintain frequent communication with regional, country, and customer contacts so that delivery updates move clearly and efficiently across all parties.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in delivery-related work involving 3C products or a similar domain, including a minimum of 2 years in team management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or a comparable field.
• Strong ability to analyze data and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Self-driven, resilient, willing to work hard, and comfortable operating under pressure.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The position requires close cross-functional coordination and a hands-on approach to delivery execution and performance improvement.
