Delivery Driver

About the Role

FPS Distribution Ltd is hiring a Delivery Driver for its Margate, Tasmania location. The role is focused on moving goods between branches along set routes, checking orders before departure, loading and unloading vans, and delivering a reliable, customer-friendly service to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Load van stock in line with the company’s packing and handling standards.
• Transport orders to internal customers using assigned delivery routes.
• Stay in regular contact with the route dispatcher during the day.
• Unload items according to customer or branch requirements.
• Check deliveries with recipients to confirm the goods are correct and suitable.
• Collect proof of delivery or confirmation from each customer.

Required Profile

• Strong punctuality and dependable time management.
• Willingness to adapt and be flexible when business needs change.
• A valid full UK driving licence.
