Role Overview
A contract-to-hire data entry and administrative support opportunity is available with a major insurance organization in White Plains, NY. The assignment is intended to begin next week and is a full-time weekday role.
Work Schedule and Location
This position runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. It is based in White Plains, NY and requires full-time presence in the office; this is not a remote role.
Compensation
The pay is listed at $21 per hour, while the posted pay range for the position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle daily tasks while staying on top of urgent and time-sensitive requests within required deadlines.
- Complete data-related procedures quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Manage your time effectively to keep work flowing smoothly.
- Work toward departmental turnaround targets, including validation work.
- Take part in quality assurance processes within the department.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of data entry experience in an office environment, or a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
