Role overview

This position is for a Customer Support Executive working with SafeGold. The role is centered on helping customers across multiple communication channels and ensuring their issues are fully resolved.

What you will do

Respond to customer questions and concerns through chat, email, and phone.
Track each case through to resolution and make sure no issue is left open.
Work with internal teams whenever cross-functional support is needed.

What the role calls for

Strong communication ability in both English and Hindi.
Prior familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
