Role Overview

DeepLeaf is growing in Nigeria and Ghana and is hiring two country leaders to drive expansion in each market. In this role, you will take ownership of local growth, strengthen market presence, and help scale practical AI tools for farmers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and grow partnerships with cooperatives, distributors, agribusinesses, farmer groups, and local institutions.
• Support farmer adoption of DeepLeaf’s products and solutions.
• Represent the company locally and act as a visible market lead.
• Help expand the reach of AI-enabled agricultural support to farmers at scale.
• Work independently, take responsibility for outcomes, and move quickly in an early-stage setting.

Requirements

• Proven commercial and partnership experience in agriculture or agribusiness.
• Strong field presence and credibility with farmers, cooperatives, distributors, and agribusiness networks.
• Ability to operate autonomously and deliver results in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Candidates must be based in Nigeria or Ghana.
