- Estimate effort and time needed for project costing and bring in extra support when required.
- Gather or present information at client locations as part of a team guided by a project lead.
- Hold discussions with client contacts at manager level and below to explain information, clarify needs, and respond to queries.

- Support sales activity for smaller organizations.
- Spot patterns, compile industry research, and share analysis to help colleagues understand key issues.
- Assist in training and developing newer team members.
- Strengthen internal relationships across the organization to access guidance, resources, and new project opportunities.
- Develop familiarity with a broader range of standard service offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree plus several years of relevant experience, ideally around 3 years or more, preferably in consulting or an internal HR role.
- Strong expertise in one core area, with the ability to work independently using standard methods and tools to address client needs.
- Understanding of how to plan and sequence tasks in routine projects and how different workstreams connect in larger engagements.
- Ability to follow standard procedures and adjust the approach when appropriate with input and approval from internal subject matter experts.
- Capability to prepare complete project deliverables for review by a lead consultant.
- Growing awareness of different organizations, job types, and people-related issues.
