Role Overview
The Clinical Supervisor will oversee patient care processes and help ensure that home health services are assessed, planned, and updated appropriately across different visit types.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed patient evaluations during Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), Recertification (RECERT), assessment, and discharge visits.
- Create, maintain, and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.

Eligibility
Applicants must hold a B.Sc in Nursing.
Compensation
The offered salary is INR 7,20,000 to 7,80,000 per year.
