Change Analyst

Role overview

ChangeStride is looking for a Change Analyst to support technology and transformation initiatives, with a focus on the people side of change and helping new ways of working land successfully. The work is contract-based, project-led, and may involve client engagements as opportunities arise.

This is an engagement-based associate role with a growing pipeline of work. It is Melbourne-based with flexibility to work remotely, and occasional travel to client sites may be required when needed.

The organization works with clients across both private and public sectors, helping teams adopt new systems and processes with confidence and care.

What the role involves

• Supporting change activities across technology and transformation programs.
• Contributing to stakeholder communication, updates, and engagement materials.
• Helping manage multiple workstreams with strong coordination and follow-through.
• Working with a range of stakeholders and supporting effective collaboration.

What the ideal candidate brings

• Approximately 3 to 4 years of experience supporting change on technology or transformation programs.
• Exposure to a structured change framework such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or an equivalent approach.
• Strong business writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional messaging.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort juggling several workstreams at once.
• Confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-have experience

• Background in the public sector or consulting.
• Experience supporting technology implementations or ERP rollouts.
• Familiarity with common workplace tools such as Microsoft 365.

Working style and inclusivity
