Job overview
We are seeking a polished and empathetic Call Center Agent with strong knowledge of customer service operations and prior experience in a similar role. The right candidate should be caring, compassionate, and comfortable handling customer interactions in a professional manner.
Qualifications
The role calls for a bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are required.
Working schedule
This is a full-time onsite position with a 48-hour work week. The schedule follows 6 working days and 1 weekly holiday.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is 5K to 7K. In addition to the monthly pay, the company offers incentives, standard accommodation, airfare, medical insurance, and an education allowance.
