Business Development Associate (Sales Internship)

The company is an 18-year-old manufacturer and supplier of elevators based in Gurgaon, Haryana. It builds solutions customized to client needs, aiming to improve property value and enhance everyday living. The team also supports interior turnkey projects through its related interior solutions offering.

What you will do

• Source new business by identifying builders, contractors, architects, PG owners, and property developers.
• Visit construction sites and convert on-ground opportunities into qualified leads.
• Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
• Pitch elevator offerings as well as interior turnkey services.
• Work with the team to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Follow up with prospects and move discussions toward closure.
• Build lasting relationships with builders, architects, and property dealers.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to support a smooth project handover after a deal is finalized.

Stipend details

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 22,000 to 38,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of INR 12,000 to 18,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 10,000 to 20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• Only candidates available for a full-time, in-office internship may apply.
• Applicants must be able to start between 25 June 2026 and 30 July 2026.
• The internship duration is 4 months.
