About the internship
This internship is for someone who wants hands-on exposure to sales, lead generation, and business growth in a student housing and co-living environment. You’ll work with the team to identify prospects, build relationships, support outreach campaigns, and contribute to revenue-oriented initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Reach out to potential leads using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Support the sales team in finding qualified prospects and setting up meetings with interested clients.
- Research the market to spot new opportunities, competitor moves, and broader industry patterns.
- Keep lead lists, CRM entries, and sales trackers accurate and up to date.
- Follow up with prospects and help move leads through the sales funnel.
- Assist in creating sales decks, proposals, and client-facing communication materials.
- Work with the marketing team on lead generation and brand visibility activities.
- Monitor daily sales activity, prepare reports, and share observations with the reporting manager.
- Contribute to partnership building, expansion efforts, and revenue growth plans.
- Represent the company professionally while building productive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Stipend and compensation
The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 to ₹22,000. The stipend is split into a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month.

On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected salary is ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,60,000 per year.
