Role overview

Vistas Global is looking for a Business Analyst to support T24 access control and parameterization work within Temenos transformation initiatives in Doha, Qatar.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee access control and parameter setup for Temenos T24 transformation projects.
  • Build and maintain RBAC structures, segregation-of-duties rules, and maker-checker controls in line with security and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the Access Control Matrix by linking user roles, personas, and permissions across banking processes.
  • Set up Temenos security settings, user profiles, and system controls while working closely with business and implementation stakeholders.
  • Contribute to SIT and UAT cycles, investigate defects, and assist with migration of legacy user profiles.
  • Maintain tight version control, governance discipline, and environment alignment for access and parameter configurations.

Experience requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Temenos Core Banking transformation programs in a client-facing Business Analyst role.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Temenos T24 configuration and parameterization across multiple implementations.
