Team Overview
The Marketing Operations team creates the systems, processes, and operating structure that allow Plaid’s marketing organization to run efficiently, scale responsibly, and stay aligned with broader company priorities. The team focuses on people, technology, and process to improve execution and marketing performance.
This role sits within a group focused on building and delivering marketing programs that connect with target audiences, support pipeline growth, and improve operational effectiveness through better workflows and data-informed decisions.
Role Summary
The Brand Marketing Program Manager will own the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple stakeholders, keeping projects organized, on schedule, and within budget. The role requires strong coordination, clear communication, and the ability to keep momentum moving even when priorities shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing campaigns from planning through launch, making sure work is properly staffed, delivered on schedule, and completed within budget.
- Maintain steady communication across teams so that everyone involved stays aligned and informed throughout each campaign.
- Run meetings in a productive way that helps teams collaborate, stay focused, and move toward shared goals.
- Spot project risks early, explain their potential impact, and recommend practical steps to reduce or resolve them.
- Keep attention on the most important tasks and dependencies so critical milestones are met without delay.
- Prepare for change by building backup plans and adapting quickly to shifting needs while keeping projects moving forward.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related area, or comparable experience in place of a degree.
- Experience on a marketing or design team supporting complex brand or marketing efforts involving multiple stakeholders from kickoff through launch.
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on quality and execution.
- Ability to manage several campaigns at once and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to influence, build trust, and work well with stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, uncertain environments and adjusting quickly when plans change.
- A curious, practical approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- A mindset that looks for ways to continuously improve team output and campaign performance.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay may include additional forms of compensation such as equity and/or commission, depending on the position offered. Plaid offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Compensation is determined based on role scope, responsibilities, experience, skill set, and location, and may change over time in line with applicable plans. The stated compensation range for this role is $152.4K to $189.6K.
