Role Overview

The Maple Hotel’s Sky 360 Revolving Restaurant in Bhopal is hiring an enthusiastic and service-oriented barista to become part of the team. The role calls for someone who can deliver well-crafted beverages, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience in a busy hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
• Keep beverage appearance and flavor consistent with the outlet’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic coffee preparation area along with the equipment.
• Offer courteous guest interaction and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Track stock levels and support inventory management and replenishment.
• Adhere to food safety rules and all operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience of 1–2 years working as a barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant environment.
• Working knowledge of espresso machines and coffee-making techniques.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A guest-first mindset with genuine interest in hospitality.
• Comfort with rotational shifts and a high-energy work environment.
