Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Back End Developer position is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting scalable server-side systems and APIs for the Ease Commerce CRM platform. You will build reliable backend logic, connect databases and external services, improve performance, and help keep systems secure and stable. The position also requires active collaboration with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver features end to end, resolve technical issues, and strengthen the overall architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support backend services and APIs, with Node.js as the primary technology.
• Develop applications that are efficient, scalable, and production-ready.
• Coordinate with frontend teams whenever full-stack support is needed.
• Write code that is clean, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Take part in code reviews and work with teammates to raise code quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features within expected timelines.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and fix application issues.
• Improve backend performance and reliability through optimization efforts.
• Implement authentication and authorization controls to secure application access.
• Follow secure development practices across services and workflows.
• Contribute to technical documentation and support production deployments and maintenance.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Node.js development.
• Experience with at least one Node.js framework such as Fastify, Express, or NestJS.
• Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts and implementation.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
