About the internship
This remote internship is focused on talent acquisition for early-career sales roles. You will help the team find candidates who are actively building a career in sales, speak with them to understand their interest and readiness, and keep promising profiles engaged for upcoming opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Engage with early-career candidates who are stepping into sales careers.
- Spot individuals who are genuinely interested in growing in sales.
- Hold conversations with candidates and evaluate their intent and suitability.
- Maintain ongoing communication so candidates stay prepared for future openings.
- Build and nurture a healthy pipeline of potential candidates.
- Assist in connecting suitable candidates with open positions.
- Work closely with the founders and gain hands-on exposure.

Additional requirements
- Postgraduates from the 2027 batch are preferred.
- Strong command of both English and Hindi is needed.

Compensation and perks
The stipend for this internship is INR 10,000 per month. You will also receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
