Role overview

W Hotels in Dubai is hiring a Welcome Experience Expert to create a guest journey that feels smooth, memorable, and distinctive from check-in through check-out. This role is focused on making everyday hotel interactions feel thoughtful and part of the overall experience. The position is part of Rooms & Guest Services Operations and is based in West Crescent, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role is a full-time, non-management position and is not remote.

What you will do

You will support guests throughout their stay by taking initiative, handling service requests, and helping solve operational needs as they arise. The job also includes completing reports, sharing useful local recommendations, and ensuring that guest interactions are handled in a way that reflects the brand experience.

You are expected to work in a proactive, hands-on manner and be ready to move around the property as needed. The work environment requires professionalism, confidentiality, and consistent attention to company standards.

Success in this role depends on maintaining a safe workplace, following all company policies and procedures, protecting company assets, and upholding quality standards. You must also keep your uniform, grooming, and communication style professional at all times.

The job involves standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, and handling tasks that may require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred education and experience

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and no supervisory background is needed. No license or certification is necessary for this role.
