Role overview

As a Website Operations Intern, you will support the online store’s day-to-day content and performance work. The position is based onsite in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany and is part-time.

What you will do

• Handle updates, edits, and improvements to the content on the company’s online store.
• Set up weekly and monthly promotional campaigns on the website.
• Launch new products online and maintain the existing product catalog.
• Contribute to regional initiatives such as A/B testing, website review, UX enhancements, and the creation of new landing pages.
• Support the broader goal of improving website performance.

What the company is looking for

• Prior exposure to website or online store management is preferred, especially with platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, ContentStack, or Magento.
• Experience in product management, stakeholder coordination, or website analysis is an advantage.
• A quick-learning mindset with a strong focus on user needs is important.
• Ability to identify issues and work through practical solutions.
• An analytical and inquisitive approach to work.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
