Role Overview

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead warehouse quality control and help ensure that operations are standardized, efficient, and aligned with the needs of a rapidly growing business. The position is based in Oberhausen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, and follows an on-site full-time working model.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall warehouse quality control function and help build consistent, standardized operating practices that improve efficiency and quality.
• Design and refine quality control approaches based on business needs, put the measures into action, and reduce process errors across warehouse operations.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities on site, monitor workflows, identify operational risks, and resolve issues to keep operations safe and stable.
• Work closely with colleagues across teams to strengthen communication, support shared objectives, and contribute to long-term business continuity and improvement.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, with preference for backgrounds in logistics management, supply chain management, quality management, or related fields.
• No fixed experience limit is set, although candidates with hands-on exposure to warehouse management, quality monitoring, or process improvement are preferred.
• You should understand warehouse and logistics processes well and have practical knowledge of quality control management.
• Ability to use data analysis tools to diagnose issues and support ongoing improvements is expected.
• A strong commercial mindset and awareness of logistics industry trends are important for planning quality control work around business priorities.
• Fluency in English is required.
