What you will do

• Record food and drink orders accurately and pass them on to the kitchen team
• Deliver meals and beverages quickly and efficiently
• Check on guests during service and address concerns in a professional manner
• Set up tables with linens, cutlery, and glassware before service begins
• Clear used tables and keep the dining space clean and presentable
• Handle billing and payment collection accurately
• Observe hygiene, safety, and food-handling requirements at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to keep service running smoothly
