Role Overview

The Vice President of Human Resources will provide strategic and operational leadership for the HR function. This role owns the design and execution of employment policies and related programs, stays informed on evolving industry practices, and develops HR systems that meet both legal requirements and business objectives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to property-level leaders and support them with practical guidance, clear communication, and day-to-day problem solving.
  • Design and launch inventive HR initiatives that strengthen both internal service delivery and the experience of external customers.
  • Support workforce planning by identifying the talent, capabilities, and long-term skills the business will need.
  • Build and maintain leadership development, succession planning, and technical training programs that help ensure future business performance and market strength.

  • Oversee the preparation, management, and discipline of the annual HR department budget.

Qualifications
