About the Role
Skydo, a well-funded fintech startup focused on simplifying B2B cross-border payments for Indian exporters, is seeking a Video KYC (VKYC) Associate for its Bengaluru office. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and seamless customer onboarding. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and strong communication abilities to join our team. Freshers with an interest in compliance and banking operations are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conducting Video KYC (VKYC) verifications for customers.
- Validating and verifying customer identification documents.
- Ensuring strict adherence to KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines.
- Identifying any discrepancies or potentially suspicious activities during the verification process.
- Maintaining accurate and complete compliance documentation.
- Communicating effectively with customers throughout the verification process.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English communication is mandatory.
- A strong attention to detail is essential for accurate document validation.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and suspicious activities.
- Understanding of KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines is required.
- Familiarity with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.

This position requires candidates to be immediate joiners. Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
