Position Overview

In this role, you will carry out the daily assigned floor care, waste disposal, and project tasks while maintaining a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. A strong focus on service is expected, with every interaction guided by the organization’s core values for both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

No minimum formal education is required. Candidates must be able to speak and understand English well enough to follow instructions and respond appropriately to patient and staff requests. The ability to read and interpret chemical labels is also necessary. Prior experience is not required, though previous floor care experience is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. No registration, license, or certification is needed.
