US Pricing & Operations Executive

Role overview

We are hiring a full-time US Pricing & Operations Executive for a freight forwarding and logistics environment in Kochi, Kerala. The position calls for someone with solid hands-on exposure to US pricing and day-to-day operations.

What the role involves

The selected candidate will support freight forwarding pricing and operations work related to the US market, with involvement in air freight, ocean freight, and import/export processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and support pricing activities for US freight forwarding work.
• Assist with rate sourcing and procurement from carriers and other partners.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to keep shipments moving smoothly.
• Track shipments and maintain operational updates.
• Handle shipping documentation and support carrier communication.
• Work across air freight, ocean freight, and import/export workflows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in US freight forwarding pricing and operations.
• Practical knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, and import/export procedures.
• Experience in quotation handling, rate procurement, and customer coordination.
• Comfort with shipment tracking, documentation, and carrier coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical ability for pricing and operational work.
