Territory Manager

Role overview

This position is for a Territory Manager covering Dungarvan and the surrounding area. You will represent a recognised off-licence brand by visiting convenience stores, grocery outlets, and off-licence retailers across the territory.

Employment details

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. The standard schedule is 40 hours per week, with no weekend shifts.

Compensation and benefits

The salary is up to €32,800 per year, and earnings may also include a performance-based bonus. The role also comes with a daily lunch allowance of €8.50, plus a company van and fuel card.

What the role involves

The job is centred on growing sales and strengthening the brand’s presence in store. You will build productive relationships with store managers, influence purchasing, maintain strong product visibility, and help keep stock available. A major part of the role is encouraging customers to choose the brand over competing products.

Candidate profile

The employer is looking for a self-assured, target-focused person with good organisational and time-management skills. Experience in customer-facing or direct sales work is helpful, although a strong work ethic and positive approach are also valued highly.

Requirements

• You must hold a full manual driving licence.
• Your licence should have no more than 6 points and must not include previous bans.
• You need to be able to travel across Dungarvan and the nearby area.
