- Build and manage L2 schedules by planning weekly and monthly labor and material requirements to keep work progressing smoothly.
- Share regular progress updates through daily and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Apply field quality plans, IS codes, and CBIP manuals at site and validate that materials and execution meet the required standards.
Compliance and safety
- Maintain a safe project environment by enforcing OHS requirements and conducting periodic safety training sessions.
- Carry out routine quality and safety checks to stay aligned with regulatory expectations and reduce operational risk.
- Keep documentation current, including compensation records, landowner agreements, and administrative files, so approvals remain in place and penalties are avoided.
Liaison and stakeholder coordination
- Work with government departments and administrative officers such as Patwari, Tehsildar, and SDM to support landowner and ROW-related matters.
- Hold regular reviews with vendors and contractors to close critical issues, control avoidable costs, and maintain shared project goals.
- Coordinate with local authorities for shutdowns and permissions needed to complete work on time.
Financial control
- Track project spend against the approved budget and monitor resource usage closely.
- Review vendor bills for correctness, approvals, and timely processing while keeping expenses under control.
Risk management
- Promote a zero-harm culture through consistent safety checks and corrective action for site hazards.
- Reduce compliance exposure by ensuring all activities follow regulatory requirements and project specifications.
Technology and innovation
- Use project management tools and software to monitor progress, allocate resources, and improve team communication in real time.
- Adopt improved methods and technologies that raise the quality and efficiency of execution.
