Role overview

SSP UK & Ireland is hiring a Team Member for Millie’s Cookies Online in Manchester. This is a hands-on hospitality role focused on preparing products, keeping standards high, and helping deliver a positive customer experience in a busy environment.

Hours and pay

The pay rate for this role is £12.71 per hour. Part-time shifts are available for 16 or 24 hours per week. Working hours may fall between 6:00am and 5:00pm, and occasional weekend shifts may be required.

What you’ll do

• Support day-to-day production and preparation of cookies.
• Measure ingredients and portions accurately to follow tight production timelines.
• Help with baking cookies and hand-decorating giant cookies.
• Keep waste and portion control within target levels.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented work area at all times.

What the employer is looking for

Previous experience is not required, as full training will be provided. The employer is looking for someone upbeat, positive, and people-focused. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older for certain duties or shifts connected with the role.
