Role overview

A leading insurance organisation operating across the UAE is looking for a seasoned Talent Management Lead to join its Dubai-based HR team. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this position is responsible for strengthening the company’s talent agenda by creating and embedding structured approaches to performance management, succession planning, career development, and learning and development.

The role supports a diverse workforce made up of technical insurance specialists, commercial and distribution teams, UAE nationals, and expatriate employees. Key responsibilities

You will be expected to shape and mature the organisation’s talent infrastructure and partner closely with business leaders to turn workforce needs into practical HR solutions.

  • Build succession planning and career pathing structures across key roles.
  • Develop learning and development programmes aligned to business capability needs.

Experience and qualification requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • Proven ability to create succession planning and career development frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE labour market, Emiratisation expectations, and workforce management across nationalities.
