Role overview
This temporary role sits within the Supply Chain team in the United States. The position supports distribution planning across the store network and works as a partner to merchandising and retail teams, while coordinating closely with logistics and central teams to help keep products available where they are needed. The role reports to the Senior Planner for the region.

Key responsibilities
- Track target stock levels and make adjustments to reflect business requirements such as events, seasonality, and holiday demand, while keeping product availability and coverage optimized.
- Coordinate store distribution across several product categories with logistics and merchandising partners.
- Handle excess stock across the network by organizing regular pullbacks so warehouse safety stock remains available for replenishment, and keep surplus levels within target.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to store product requests so teams can rely on the supply chain process and its service levels.
- Work with central and local logistics teams to support on-time deliveries for autoreplenishment and seasonal orders.
- Contribute to supply chain dashboard enhancements used to track business results and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate product movement to events outside the regular network and ensure smooth communication between teams regarding availability.
- Create and maintain a reverse calendar for back-of-house teams to improve visibility on expected stock movements out of stores, and follow up on compliance and conversion of those movements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed, or an equivalent qualification, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
- At least 2 years of work or internship experience.
- Previous exposure to retail or distribution is preferred, especially within fashion or leather goods.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand stakeholders and incorporate their inputs.
- Comfort working with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and VBA.
- Genuine interest in fashion and retail.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

The assignment is expected to run approximately from September 2026 to September 2027.
