Role overview
As a Chloé Stylist in Dubai, you will represent the Maison and serve as one of the first points of contact for every guest entering the store. The role calls for someone who can guide clients with confidence, build trust, and work closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
Client relationship ownership
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients and focus on creating long-term relationships.
- Deliver a high standard of service and maintain a strong client-focused approach at all times.
- Stay aligned with CRM objectives and contribute actively to meeting them.
- Run personalized outreach initiatives and use all available clienteling tools to complete CRM actions within the required time.
- Record client information accurately, including meaningful notes and preferences.
- Understand your customer portfolio thoroughly, especially VVIC and VIC clients under your care.
Omnichannel sales support
- Contribute to business growth by using the brand’s omnichannel services effectively.
- Keep store sales goals and individual KPI targets in mind and act consistently toward achieving them.
- Take part in training sessions and commercial initiatives led by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Head Office.
- Remain informed about the local market and competitor activity.
Store operations and service excellence
- Help maintain a pristine store, back-of-house area, and personal presentation throughout the day.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to sustain a premium retail environment.
- Report any repair or maintenance needs promptly so the store remains visually flawless.
- Follow all store and back-of-house operating procedures and assist with stock inventories.
- Support after-sales clients and follow through to ensure service quality is maintained.
- Adhere to Richemont’s policies and standards at all times.
