Role Overview
Cultfit is looking to hire Strength Trainers to conduct group-based strength and conditioning sessions. The opportunity is available in both full-time and freelance formats, with multiple locations open for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of strength-focused group classes and deliver structured training sessions.
- Coach participants safely and effectively throughout workouts.
- Support a positive, motivating environment for fitness training.
- Work with the team to maintain quality and consistency across sessions.
Requirements
- A valid certification in Strength & Conditioning or Personal Training is required.
