The opportunity

Storage King is looking for a full-time Store Manager to join the team in Marsden Park, New South Wales. This role is central to the everyday running of the store and works closely with the leadership team to achieve strong store performance and excellent customer service.

The position covers several areas of the business, including customer sales, service delivery, administrative support, and facility upkeep. It also offers scope to build experience and progress across these functions.

Working hours

This is a full-time role of 38 hours per week, generally from Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday shift. Store trading hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Some flexibility will be needed.

What you should bring

• A willingness to build new skills in a sales-focused role
• The ability to work independently as well as follow guidance when needed
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and taking responsibility for tasks
• Previous experience in a retail, sales, hospitality, supervisory, or management role would be an advantage
• Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all work
• A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and a can-do attitude
• A collaborative mindset with a practical, hands-on style
• A strong drive to meet goals and achieve results
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Solid computer skills
• A current driver’s licence
