Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site Store Executive position based in Sixmile. The role centers on day-to-day store operations, stock handling, and maintaining smooth in-store functioning. The selected candidate will help keep inventory organized across multiple categories, ensure the store remains clean and safe, work closely with delivery teams, and escalate stock-related issues to the supervisor. The job also requires consistent follow-through on company procedures and support in meeting store performance goals.

Key duties

• Manage daily store activity and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Receive incoming stock, arrange items properly, and maintain inventory discipline across different categories.
• Keep the store clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate with delivery personnel and support timely movement of goods.
• Track stock levels, identify shortages or concerns, and inform supervisors promptly.
• Follow company guidelines and complete assigned tasks within required timelines.
• Contribute to store targets and overall performance improvement.

Candidate profile

Applicants should have retail or sales experience and be capable of helping customers choose products while supporting revenue growth. The role suits someone who can work on-site in Sixmile in a fast-moving environment and adapt to flexible working hours when required. Attention to detail is important, along with basic familiarity with point-of-sale systems or mobile applications. Experience in retail, grocery, or quick-commerce operations will be considered an advantage.

Eligibility

Only candidates who can work on-site in Sixmile and handle night shifts should apply. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and education in business or commerce is an added advantage.

Compensation

The salary is a gross monthly package of 14,200, which includes PF and ESIC, along with incentives.
